BE (Chem), PhD, FIChemE, FIEAust, CPEng, RPEQJohn has over 30 years’ experience in Process Plant and Control System Design, Operations, R&D and Technology Management. A co-developer of the CHAZOP technique, he has led over one hundred CHAZOPs, ranging from chemical plant operation, through IT infrastructure to robot control.He is a Functional Safety Engineer - FS Eng (TÜV Rheinland) and has been trained in ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity.
